Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

At THS, we value your time and ours. To ensure fair access to appointments and efficient service delivery, the following policy applies to all bookings.

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a no-show and subject to full charges.

2. No-Show Policy

• If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing the required notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment.

• A bill will be issued under the name and address provided at the time of booking.

3. Billing & Invoicing

• Due to possible postal delays, a digital invoice will also be sent via email in addition to any mailed invoice.

• It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of booking.

4. Payment Terms

• No-Show, late cancellation payment must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.

• Once payment is received, the fee may be applied toward the cost of a future booked appointment in lieu of a refund.

• Unpaid balances after 30 days will be subject to late fees and/or collection procedures.

5. Acknowledgement

• By booking an appointment with THS, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy.
